Becky Hostetter

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Becky Hostetter has been a staple in vegetarian cooking in Indianapolis since the 1970s. She has worked for the Earth Garden and Stillwater in Broad Ripple. If you lived in this city between 1990 and 1997, you probably remember Essential Edibles, co-owned by Becky and husband David. Essential Edibles spread the vegetarian gospel with eggplant sandwiches, soul-saving salads and luscious lemon bars whose tangy-sweet bite is memorable twenty years hence. In the years since, Becky busied herself as a private chef.

John Garnier 

EXECUTIVE CHEF

John Garnier had been a staple in the back of some of the most prestigious restaurants in Indianapolis since the 1980s. His culinary background includes Bennigan’s Tavern and La Prima in Houston, Texas, The Greenhouse at Keystone at the Crossing, The Glass Chimney in Carmel, Z Bistro in Zionsville, Illinois Street Food Emporium, Hoaglin Catering, Smith and Fitzwilliams in the Head house of Union Station.
